Create Proposal

NOTE

Ensure you meet the prerequisites before creating a proposal.

Create a proposal within a Child DAO by following the steps:

• Step 1: Go to DAO.

• Step 2: Enter Proposal Data.

• Step 3: Create Proposal.

Prerequisites

The prerequisites to create a proposal within a Child DAO:

• Connect Wallet.

• Get at least:

  • 1 PWR tokens.

  • 0.005 WAVES.

Step 1: Go to DAO

1. Go to the DAOs page.

2. On the Live tab, click a Child DAO you want to create a proposal for. The page with the Child DAO details will open.

1. On the page with the DAO details, click + New proposal. The DAO proposal page will open.

Step 2: Enter Proposal Data

On the DAO proposal page:

1. In the Title block, enter your proposal's title.

2. In the Description block, enter your proposal's description.

NOTE

• You can format the content with the Markdown syntax.

• Ensure the proposal description includes:

  • Overview: Concise description of the proposal, mission, and challenges it addresses.

  • Value Proposition: Proposal's value proposition overview.

  • If applicable. Roadmap: Clear timeline for proposal roadmap.

  • If applicable. Milestones: Actionable steps linked to the milestone completion.

  • Recommended. Discussion Platform: Link to the forum for proposal discussion.

  • Recommended. Social Media Links: Links to the contributor's official accounts for transparency.

1. In the Transaction payload (JSON) block, enter your proposal's payload.

Step 3: Create Proposal

1. Click Create proposal. Your wallet extension will open.
