Governor

A Governor is a participant who locks PWR Tokens in the Mother DAO or Child DAO to gain governance rights by voting and proposing initiatives.

Governors can:

• Submit and vote on Proposals within Mother DAO and Child DAO.

• Create new Child DAOs.

• Ensure treasury allocations and KPI outcomes align with community interests.
